Because each item is checked before listing, returns and refunds are subjected to the reason for the return request. However, returns are accepted. If truly disappointed and contact is made, resulting in a return request granted, then please note that the return shipment will be the consumer responsibility. After the item is received in its original state/condition shipped, then - and only then a refund of the listed/offer price minus a 15% restocking fee will be granted, unless an exchange is conducted within the return request agreement. The original shipping expense paid by consumer, will not be granted. And once again, the return shipment will not be granted. Balance of payment is due 2 weeks prior to scheduled event. Two (2) event tickets & two (2) 750ml bottles at night of event. AMBASSADOR services includes: Share flyer or new event details once per week - up to 14 times (daily or once per week). No guarantee to report to event.
